The double Commonwealth Games champion opened the meeting by winning the 50m butterfly event in a time of 23.29 seconds.
He was comfortably ahead of Japan’s Shinri Shiovra, who took silver in 23.66 seconds, with Ukraine’s Andrii Khloptsov third in 23.75.
Proud then finished fifth in the 100m final before claiming the 50m crown on Sunday.
He clocked a fast 21.74 seconds to claim gold and move to the top of the early 2017 world rankings.
Germany’s Damian Wierling was second in 22.44 seconds, with France’s Clement Mignon third in 22.45.
