PLYMOUTH Argyle manager Derek Adams has added to his squad just days before the start of the new League Two season.

Adams has brought in 20-year-old attacker Craig Tanner on loan from Championship side Reading.

Turner had a loan spell at Argyle’s opening day opponents AFC Wimbledon last season.

Adams said: “He played at Wimbledon last year, so he knows the league. “He’s quick and he’s got goals in him.”

Turner, who can play anywhere along the frontline, will be on-loan at Argyle until January’s transfer window.
