Ten games will be played at the Plymouth School of Creative Arts on Saturday and Sunday.
There will be junior matches, a wheelchair game and the big finale will be a P&D All-Stars match.
All profits from the day will go towards the development of basketball in Plymouth.
Organisers are hoping a number of former Plymouth basketball stars will return for the event.
Matches on both days will start at 10am, 11.30am, 1pm, 2.30pm and 4pm. Doors will open a 9am.
Entry is £3 for adults, with children admitted free.
