ERME Valley Harriers’ Sarah Hirons was first women home in the Looe 10 on Sunday.
Hirons finished in a time of one hour and 18.03 minutes to beat City of Plymouth’s Paula Simson to the title.
Simson was second women home in 1:20.22, with East Cornwall’s Sharon Daw third in 1:23.27 and Plymouth Harriers’ Elizabeth Coombes fourth in 1:24.00.
Coombes’ Plymouth Harriers’ team-mate David Beckenrager was fourth in the men’s race in 1:05.38.
North Derbyshire’s Martin Dawson won the event in 1:04.45, with East Cornwall’s Marc Smerdon second in 1:04.53 and Dane Poore third in 1:04.59.
