The Cross-in-Hand side go into their final two matches 10 points ahead of third-placed Bridgwater & Albion.
Ivybridge will not even need a point if Bridgwater do not pick up a bonus point win away at sixth-placed Camborne.
Claiming the runners-up spot in South West One West would mean Ivybridge will face a play-off with the second-placed team in South West One East for the chance to be promoted to National League rugby. Ivybridge’s likely opponents would be Towcestrians, who trail former Plymouth Albion captain Danny Thomas’ Chippenham side by eight points in South West One East.
In Western Counties West, Tavistock will be relegated this weekend if they fail to beat third-placed Tiverton at home or if Torquay draw or beat Kingsbridge at home.
Tavistock, whose late season form appears to have come too later, are currently nine points behind Torquay with just two games to go.
Meanwhile, Devonport Services still have a chance of a top five finish if they can beat Wadebridge away on Saturday.
Services sit sixth in the table, five points behind fifth-placed Wadebridge.
The race for the Cornwall/Devon League title is certain to go down to the final weekend of the season.
However, Saltash will be hoping fellow Cornish side Pirates Amateurs can do them a favour this Saturday.
Saltash and Crediton are locked together on 113 points, with both sides guaranteed of promotion. However, it is the title they both want.
Saltash entertain seventh-placed Bude at Moorlands Lane on Saturday, while Crediton head down to Penzance to take on Pirates Amateurs.
The final Saturday of the season, though, will be the decider when Saltash travel to Crediton.
Elsewhere in the Cornwall/Devon League this weekend, already relegated OPMs and Liskeard-Looe will be playing for pride when they entertain Falmouth and Hayle respectively.
There are no Devon One or Two fixtures this weekend.
South West One West: Ivybridge v Cleve
Western Counties West: Tiverton v Tavistock, Wadebridge v Devonport Services
Cornwall/Devon League: OPMs v Falmouth, Liskeard-Loee v Hayle, Saltash v Bude.
