These youngster swim twice a week for 45 minutes each and work on technique, endurance and stamina during fun sessions.
Three of their junior squad competed at the Devon County Sprints event at the Plymouth Life Centre and impressed.
Alex Grenardo was on top form with four personal bests and four gold medals in the boys’ 12 year-old age group.
Coach Matthew Henry said: “We are extremely happy with how the junior squad are coming along.
“It is a welcome addition to our programme and we are very pleased of the improvements of the swimmers so far.
“Our three young swimmers did fantastically well at the Devon County Sprints and we will be looking to further build from there.”
