The 31-year-old’s podium place came in the men’s banked slalom UL event at the Big White venue.

Moore finished behind France’s surprise winner Maxime Montaggionni and America’s pre-race favourite Mike Minor.

Minor, last year’s World Cup winner, had been undefeated until Tuesday night.

Moore, who won silver in 2015, was one of two Great Britain athletes to win medals overnight in Canada, with Owen Pick claiming second in the men’s banked slalom LB2 category.
