PLYMOUTH Corinthians ace Miles Earl continued his hot form with a win in the St Budeaux CC 15.6 mile time trial held near Callington on Sunday.
Earl stopped the clock with a 36:32 minute effort – a personal best for the course.
John Nolan of Revo Racing (37:08) and Harry Loader of Mid Devon CC (37:42) rounded out the podium.
Earl’s win comes on the back of two record-breaking 10 mile performances.
He first broke Rob Scott’s 10 mile club record on the A38 course at Buckfastleigh with a 20:13 ride, only to lower it further with a storming 20:11 ride at Okehampton.
The Saltash cyclist will now be looking to break the magical 20 minute barrier.
