Collier back at Albion after ‘agreeing deal in principle’

DAN COLLIER has returned to training with Plymouth Albion after agreeing a deal to re-join the city side.

The 30-year-old lock, who had three years at Albion between 2009 and 2012, spent the first week of this month on trial with the National One club.

He returned to London after that but Albion’s director of rugby Graham Dawe saw enough to believe Collier could be a useful addition to his young squad and has offered him a chance to relaunch his rugby career at Brickfields.

Dawe said: “Dan is back training with us. We have agreed in principle a contract but it has not yet been finalised.”
