NEW manger Derek Adams has returned to his former club Ross County to make his second Plymouth Argyle signing.
Adams has brought in 23-year-old forward Jake Jervis to boost his striking options for the forthcoming League Two campaign.
Jervis joins the Pilgrims on a one-year deal after a season in the Scottish Premiership with Ross County.
His signing follows that of defender Gary Sawyer, who returned to Home Park last week after a five-year absence.
Jervis started his career at Birmingham City and had loans spells at Hereford, Notts County, Hereford, Swindon, Preston, Carlisle, Tranmere and Portsmouth before joining Turkish Super Lig club Elazigspor in 2013. He then returned to Portsmouth before heading to Ross County.
