THREE Plymouth divers will be in action this week at the European Junior Diving Championships, which get underway today.
Euan McCabe, Oliver Heath and Amelie Underwood are all part of the 16-strong Great Britain diving team for the seven-day event in Rijeka, Croatia.
McCabe is no stranger to representing Great Britain at major events and has won medals at the last three European Junior Championships, including a synchro gold last year.
However, for Heath and Underwood it will be their debuts at the European Championships.
All three Plymouth divers secured their spots on the team after impressing at April’s British Elite Junior Diving Championships.
McCabe will compete in the boys’ A three-metre event and synchro competition, while Heath and Underwood will take part in the B age group one-metre and three-metre springboard events.
