MOUNT Kelly, Plymouth Leander and Dartmoor Darts will all have swimmers gaining overseas experience early next year after earning selection for the South West team.
The region will be taking 30 up-and-coming swimmers to the Lisbon International Meet in Portugal at the start of February.
The squad is aimed at athletes who are just below full international level.
Mount Kelly and Leander both have six swimmers in the squad.
Mount Kelly’s representatives are James Bartley, Robbie Jones, Joseph Russell, Georgina Dennis, Macy Lawrence and Sophie Main, while Leander have recent arrival from Barnstaple Josh Gammon in the squad, together with James Hart, Reid Jones, Sam Perks, Ethan Rayment, Amy Pemberton.
Dartmoor Darts will be represented by Hollie Steer.
The team will depart the South West on February 6 and return four days later.
