Tuima kicks another conversion as England Under-20s claim second win over Canada

lagi TuimaLAGI TUIMA was again on the scoresheet as England Under-20s beat Canada in the second of their three-match series at Nottingham.

The 18-year-old Plymouth-based rugby player came on as a replacement and kicked a conversion, just like she had done last week on her England Under-20 debut against the same opponents.

England had beaten Canada 46-8 in their first game and they followed that up with a 39-12 victory on Monday.

Also playing in both games was former Plymouth Albion player Lottie Holland. She started the opening match and was a replacement, alongside Tuima, on Monday.

Devon’s Poppy Leitch, one of the players to come into the starting line-up for the second match, was among the try scorers in the latest game.

Tuima, who was part of Devonport Services’ successful under-18 team last season, will be hoping to make her first under-20 start on Friday when England complete their series against Canada (5.30pm).
