PLYMOUTH Leander added two more medals on the final day of the European Junior Swimming Championships in Hungary.
Fedierico Poggio claimed his second podium placing of the championships by snatching silver for Italy in the 100m breaststroke event.
The Plymouth College student clocked 1:01.13. He was only beaten by his countryman Nicolo Martinenghi.
There was also a medal for Tom Fannon, who scooped bronze for Great Britain in the 50m freestyle final.
Fannon clocked 22.30 seconds to finish behind Italy’s Giovanni Izzo and Croatia’s Bruno Blaskovic.
His club team-mate Kregor Zirk nearly made the podium again. He was forced to settle for fourth place in the men’s 100m butterfly final.
