TORRINGTON’S Carl Mott won the annual Muskies Madne5.5 race that took place on Saturday evening.
Mott finished the run, which started and finished at King’s Tamerton Community Centre, in a time of 32.55.
He was well ahead of second-placed Tim Pratt of Teignbridge Trotters, who came home in 34.13.
Pratt just managed to hold off Plymstock Road Runners’ over-50 veteran Graham Bale, who clocked 34.15.
Teignbridge’s Roger Eastbrook, an over-40 veteran, was fourth in 34.51, with Steve List fifth in 35.11.
South West Road Runners’ Nicky Savill was first women and 10th overall in 38.26.
Fleur Peoples was second female home in 39.29, with Erme Valley’s Emma Lake holding off the challenge of City of Plymouth’s Paul Simson for third and first over-40 women.
