THE Armada Summer 5k Series begins on Wednesday at Saltram Park.

There are six runs in total, taking place on the second Wednesday of each month between April and September.

The timed races take athletes around the National Trust property at Saltram.

Runners of all abilities can take part, providing they are over the age of 11 years old.

Each run costs £2.50 and they start at 7pm. Registration must take place before 6.45pm.
