NATIONAL youth triathlon champion Travis Bramley will make his debut at junior level on Sunday at the season-opening British Duathlon Championships in Windsor.

Bramley was dominant at youth level last season, winning the British Triathlon Championships, the London Triathlon, the British Aquathlon Championships, the English Aquathlon Championships, the British Triathlon Festival and the British Super Series title.

But moving up to under-20 level the 17-year-old Ivybridge Community College will not only be competing against older and more experienced athletes but he will have to cope with longer distances.

At Windsor, Bramley will run 5km, cycle 20km and then run another 2.5km, which is double what the youth level compete over.
