PLYMOUTH Albion flanker Jarrad Hayler will start for the Royal Navy tonight as they attempt to win the Under-23 Inter Services Championship title for the first time in five years.
The young Navy team will take on the Army at the United Services Ground in Portsmouth (7pm).
Last week, the Navy beat the RAF under-23s 24-6, with Bickleigh-based Royal Marine Hayler playing a key role.
The 20-year-old has played for the Navy senior team and was voted their player of the tournament at the recent International Defence Rugby Competition.
Last Monday Hayler also made his UK Armed Forces debut, coming on as a replacement against Bath United at the Rec.
