PLYMOUTH Leander swimmers Joe Hulme, Tom Fannon and Laura Stephens will be looking for international glory this week when they compete for Great Britain at the fifth World Junior Championships in Singapore.
The trio are part of a 12-strong British team competing at the event, which starts on Tuesday and runs through to Sunday.
Hulme, Fannon and Stephens also represented their country earlier this summer at the inaugural European Games in Baku.
Hulme and Stephens will be in action on the first day of competition when they compete in the 100m backstroke.
British Swimming head of performance pathways Tim Jones said: “We know that the competition will be tough, but this is exactly the type of challenge that we need to expose our athletes to as they transition towards being successful senior international swimmers.”
