PLYMOUTH Devils have postponed their Premier League match against Scunthorpe, due to have taken place at the St Boniface Arena on Saturday evening, because of an adverse weather forecast.
Co-promoter Ashley Taylor announced the decision on Saturday morning.
He said: “The latest forecast from the Met Office is for heavy rain from 6pm this evening.”
A new date has to be arranged for the re-staging of the meeting and it is hoped to fit it in before the September 14 cut-off point to decide qualifiers for the end of season play-offs.
