PLYMOUTH Devils’ Premier League match with Scunthorpe, scheduled for Saturday evening, has been postponed due to the forecast of heavy rain.

Co-promoter Ashley Taylor said: “Rain was due to start at around 5pm and the forecast for the rest of the evening is horrendous.

“Bearing in mind the distance involved with travelling for the Scunthorpe riders, officials and spectators it was in everyone’s best interest to make an early decision.”

A new date has still to be agreed for the re-staging of the meeting.
