IVYBRIDGE will begin life in National Three South West with four Devon derbies in their opening five fixtures.
The newly-promoted Cross-in-Hand side start with a home match against Old Patesians on September 5, but after that they face Barnstaple, Exmouth, Brixham and Newton Abbot in consecutive games.
They visit Barnstaple on September 12 before entertaining Exmouth, who narrowly missed out on promotion to National Two South.
The following Saturday they will host Dan Parkes’ Brixham, who recently announced the signing of former Albion and Bristol star Ed Barnes.
Then after a week’s break for the World Cup final, Ivybridge will travel to Newton Abbot on October 10.
It is a tough start for Ivybridge, who have claimed back-to-back promotions.
In Cornwall/Devon League, newly-promoted Saltash have been handed a home game to kick-off their campaign, with Kingsbridge making the trip to Moorlands Lane on September 5.
Saltash will then play Cullompton away on September 12, before entertaining rivals Devonport Services on September 19.
Services start their season with two home fixtures. The first will be against Wadebridge Camels before Truro visit The Rectory on September 12.
Saltash will make the trip to Devonport on January 9.
Plymouth Argaum have been handed an away game at Honiton in their first Cornwall/Devon League fixture. Their opening home match will be against Hayle on September 12.
Plymstock Albion Oaks, who also gained promotion, will entertain St Ives on the opening week of the season before Bodmin visit Horsham the following week.
Tavistock, relegated from Western Counties West, travel to Falmouth for their first fixture before then facing another trip to Cornwall to take on Pirates Amateurs.
There will be a derby match to kick-off the Devon One season on September 19 when OPMs, relegated from Cornwall/Devon entertain St Columba & Torpoint.
Elsewhere in Devon One, newly-promoted Tamar Saracens travel to North Tawton on the opening weekend.
Sarries and OPMs will meet the following Saturday.
Devon Two will not get underway until September 26, with Plympton Victoria travelling to Buckfastleigh, DHSOB entertaining Illfracombe and Old Techs visiting Dartmouth.
Liskeard-Looe have to wait even longer to get their Cornwall One campaign off. Their first match is not until October 10 when they travel to Illogan Park.
