Neale Patrick leaves Plymouth Albion for London Scottish

IMG_2040LOCK Neale Patrick has become the latest player to announce his departure from Plymouth Albion.

The 26-year-old forward has signed for Championship side London Scottish on a one-year deal. Patrick is the 13th player to leave Albion following their relegation to National One.

The Scotsman, who moved to Brickfields last summer from West Country rivals Cornish Pirates, said of his switch to the capital: “I am really pleased to have joined London Scottish. I want to play at the highest level possible and I see London Scottish as a step in the right direction. Obviously, being a Scot, the club appealed to me massively.”

Meanwhile, Alex Davies is the latest ex-Albion player to join newly-promoted Ealing.

Davies has moved to Ealing from London Welsh, alongside Tristan Roberts and Rhys Crane.

He will join up with fellow former Plymouth players George Porter, Iain Grieve and Toby Howley-Berridge. Nathan Hannay, who played for Albion’s development team and Launceston, has also joined Ealing this summer.
