Knox beat all the men as well as the women to secure the win in the tough off-road event in a time of 42 minutes and 12 seconds.
That was four-and-a-half minutes quicker than she had run on the same course 12 months ago as she finished 10th overall and second woman in 2025.
Fourth was Melvyn Griffiths in 45.40, with James Bird fifth in 46.22 minutes.
Teignbridge Trotters’ Chloe Weeks was second woman home in 52.26 minutes. Her team-mate Elizabeth Nuttall was third woman and first F50, while Plymouth Harriers’ Laura Goodspeed was fourth.
The off-road race started and finished at Marine Academy Plymouth and took athletes down into Ham Woods. Some 129 runners finished the event.
