Second home was Tavistock AC’s 16-year-old Connor Duffin, who was first junior, in 31.52 minutes.
Another teenager, 18-year-old Arun Patel was third, with Samuel Chambers fourth.
Fifth overall was Bideford’s Sammy Antell, who was also first woman in 32.50 minutes.
Second woman was Cornwall AC teenager Chloe Clarke, who was first junior female.
Third place went to Hayley Barratt, with Okehampton’s Claire Watkins fourth and Sarah Markwick fifth. Tavistock’s Carole Walters was sixth female overall and first over-60.
