PLYMOUTH pentathletes Kerenza Bryson and Myles Pillage have been named in Great Britain’s squad for this coming week’s World Cup 2 in Ankara, Turkey.
It is another chance for the 2019 European mixed relay champions to impress on the international stage.
Bryson has started her year in good form by winning silver for Great Britain at the Hungarian Indoor Open in Budapest in February.
Pillage, making his comeback from a couple of injury-hit seasons, also competed for Great Britain at that event and won the B final.
Pillage also competed at World Cup 1 in Cairo, Egypt, and finished fifth in the mixed relay with Sam Whitaker and just missed out on reaching the individual final.
Olympic and world champion Joe Choong and Ross Charlton will join Pillage in the GB men’s team, while Bryson will be joined by Olivia Green, Emma Whitaker and Jessica Varley on the women’s side.
The event starts on Tuesday and runs through to Sunday.
