In front of a large crowd, Ivybridge showed a real clinical edge against a spirited Oaks team.
Plymstock did have some good spells of possession and pressure, but the Bridgers were strong and physical in defence and made Oaks pay for any mistakes with some great counterattacking, particularly by their speedy wingers.
In the opening period, Oaks found it hard to handle the pace of Evelyn Walker, who scored three great tries down the left wing, including one from 70 metres out.
Hooker Nicole Rowland and Donna Downes also crossed the whitewash in first half, with full-back Bethany Plumpton in fine form with the boot and converting four out of five tries in the opening period.
Verner ended up with two tries after the interval, while young winger Charleigh Hopkin also bagged two. The final word went to prop Amelia Marshall, who powered her way over three minutes from time.
Ivybridge will now play their Championship South West Two rivals Cullompton in the next round at the start of February.
