The pair have been named among the entries for the event in Finland, which starts on June 25.
Both have enjoyed previous success at the European Junior Championships.
Last year Heslop won a bronze medal in the boys’ B platform final in Norway, while in 2016 Vincent won gold in the girls’ B platform event in Croatia.
Vincent, though, has since changed events due to an eye problem and is entered for the one-metre springboard in the girls’ A category in Helsinki. That event is scheduled for June 29. However, before that she is set to feature in the team event on June 25 and in the three-metre synchro competition with Maria Papworth on June 26.
Heslop, who in April competed at the Commonwealth Games, has moved up to the boys’ A category, which Matthew Dixon won last year.
Heslop only turned 16 in April and so will be one of the youngest in that age group. He is set to compete in the individual platform event on the final day of the competition on July 1, but he has also been named in the team and synchro events for Great Britain.
In the men’s synchro, which takes place on June 28, he is down to partner Scotland’s Lucas Thomson, who also competed at the Commonwealth Games in Australia. The pair finished fifth and six in the Commonwealth Games 10m final.
The European Junior Championships will be a warm-up for the World Junior Championships, which will be held in Kyiv, Ukraine, in late July.
