PLYMOUTH Buccaneers Flag American Football Club are looking for new players for the forthcoming season.

Flag is a five-a-side limited contact version of American football and players can be male or female, as long as they are 16 years-old or above.

The club play competitive games in the BAFA Division One South West League against Swansea Hammerheads, Cynon Valley Celts, Merthyr Tydfil Trojans, Exeter Falcons, Swindon Storm and Cornish Hammerheads. They do have hopes of returning to the Premiership next season.

The Buccaneers also take part in two off-season competitions and are current holders of the Macron South West Series Flag Football Tournament.

They play on Saturdays (1-3pm) at YMCA Plymouth/All Saints 3G and provide all equipment for newcomers.
