Chen won with 580.60 points and Yang took silver with 574.80.
Daley then followed up that medal with a bronze in the mixed springboard synchro with Reid.
They scored 299.82 points to edge out Mexicans Dolores Hernandez Monzon and Rommel Pacheco Marrufo and Russians Nadezhda Bazhina and Viktor Minibaev to the podium.
China’s Han Wang and Zheng Li won with 322.50 points, while Canadians Jennifer Abel and Francois Imbeau-Dulac won silver with 320.76 points.
