Burn off the Christmas pudding with a Boxing Day run around Burrator

THE annual Jingle Bell Jog is taking place on Boxing Day at Burrator for anyone looking for a way to run off the Christmas turkey and pudding.

The run is approximately four miles long and takes athletes around Burrator Reservoir.

It starts at 11am from the dam. It is just a traditional festive open run and NOT a race, so there is no entry fee, medical cover or prices.

Participants are urged to wear fancy dress or something Christmas themed. Runners are also asked to bring a small, wrapped unwanted gift for the Santa sack. Gifts are placed in the sack before the run and then you take one out of the bag on finishing.
