PLYMOUTH Diving’s Connor West and Euan McCabe both returned with three medal each from the Southampton International.
West returned home to Devon with a medal of every colour. Competing in the boys’ B category, he won the platform event, took silver in the three-metre competition and claimed a bronze in the one-metre final.
McCabe matched West’s achievements in collecting one gold, one silver and a bronzes in the boys’ D section. He jointly won the platform event, finished second in three-metre springboard and took third in the one-metre competition.
There was also a gold medal for Summer Radcliffe, who triumphed in the girls’ C three-metre final, and a bronze for Thomas Davis in the boys’ B platform.
Plymouth Diving took a host of young divers to the competition, with a number reaching finals.
The team also included Olivia Hall, Ellie Jarman, Katie Martin, Lucy Gutierrez-Freeman, Millie Ayres, Maria Marasescu, Alfie Westerman, George Davidson, Josh Gibbs, Evie McCabe, Ben Bluett, Kate Saxby, Angel Yussof, Abby Fishleigh, Sam Isaac, Adam Nelson, Morgan Boyd, Scarlett Colbourne and Alice Burdett.
