PLYMOUTH Argyle boss Derek Adams has been nominated for the League Two manager of the month award for September.
The Pilgrims went unbeaten during September, picking up 13 points from four wins and one draw, to move to the top of the league.
Adams is up against Accrington Stanley’s John Coleman, Crewe’s Steve Davis and Grimsby’s Paul Hurst.
The winner will be announced on Friday.
Meanwhile, Argyle defender Sonny Bradley has been nominated for League Two player of the month.
Bradley impressed in the heart of Argyle’s defence as they only conceded two goals during September, while he also headed a late winner against Cheltenham Town.
Also nominated for the award is former Argyle player Nathan Thomas, who is now at Hartlepool, Portsmouth Gary Roberts and Notts County’s Jon Stead.
