DEVONPORT Services have made their first signing ahead of the 2016-17 Western Counties West season with the acquisition of scrum-half Brandon Andrews.

Andrews has moved to the Rectory from Saltash, where he came the Cornish club’s youth system.

“I have developed my game immensely at Saltash and learnt so much from great coaches,” said Andrews. “But now I am looking forward the challenge of helping Services in the forthcoming season.”
