PLYMOUTH will be well represented at the European Junior Diving Championships in Croatia this month.

Matthew Dixon, Shanice Lobb, Kayleigh Sinclair, Victoria Vincent, Aiden Heslop and Alfie Brown have all been named in the Great Britain squad for the competition in Rijeka, which starts on June 28.

They form part of an 18-strong Great Britain team.

British Diving talent and development manager Julian Bellan is excited by his strong crop of divers.

“This is the largest team to date that we have ever taken to a European Junior Champs,” said Bellan.

“Our ambition remains as it has for the last few years to be top two ranked team in Europe.”

“The British Juniors have had a great start to the season winning the Seven Nations in March and coming third as a team in Dresden in April out of 26 Countries worldwide.”
