PLYMOUTH Diving’s Tonia Couch produced one of her best individual displays to claim a silver medal at the FINA World Series event in Kazan.

Couch, competing for Great Britain, scored 365.90 points and only missed out on gold by 1.45 points.

China’s Qian Ren won with 367.35, with her team-mate Si Yajie in third with 353.70 points.
