Matthews dominated the women’s race to win by six minutes.
She clocked 1:11.39 for the tough course in damp and windy conditions.
Second woman home was Newquay’s Rose Harvie, who finished in 1:17.34. Third woman as St Austell’s Clare Dale.
Reynolds secured victory in a time of 58.46 minutes, which was quicker than the time he ran last year and in 2023 when he also claimed the titles.
Second place went to Wadebridge’s Matt Hawcroft, who finished in 1:04.27, with Attwood just four seconds behind in 1:04.31.
An impressive 637 people finished the race, which is organised by Looe Pioneers, and takes runners from the Millpool Car Park in Looe along the coastal road to Talland and around Killigarth and Porthallow before heading back to the start.
This year there were a large contingent of athletes from Clapham Pioneers, who won the women’s team title.
