The former City of Plymouth athlete, who now runs for Newquay & Par, finished in a time of 17 minutes and 19 seconds.
Second place went to St Austell Athletes RC’s Gareth McColville, who clocked 17.30 minutes for the multi-terrain run around the National Trust estate.
Erme Valley Harriers’ Charlie Milward was third home in 17.51 minutes, with Storm Plymouth’s Daniel Westlake fourth in 18.33 and Sean McTaggart fifth in 18.37 minutes.
Wednesday’s run was the penultimate one in the series and saw 109 finishers.
The final event of the series will take place on Wednesday, September 3.
