GALLERY: Colville and Prowse lead the way in May’s Armada Summer 5k Series run at Saltram

STUART COLVILLE was first home in May’s Armada 5k Summer Series run on Wednesday night at Saltram House.

Colville finished the multi-terrain course around the National Trust property in a time of 17.55 minutes.

Second runner home was Erme Valley Harriers’ Peter Allen, who clocked 18.21 minutes.

Tamar Trotters’ Luke Attwood was third (18.36), with his club colleague Pete Waumsley fourth (19.34) and Simon Yeo (19.38) fifth.

Kirsty Prowse (DSFRS) was first woman home in 21.29 minutes, with the Plymouth Harriers pair of Edie Carroll (21.50) and Ruth Farr-Semmens (22.55) second and third, respectively.

Tamar Trotters’ Alison Caldwell was fourth24.05), with Katy Vincent fifth (25.04).

The next run in the series at Saltram will be held on Wednesday, June 11.
