In hot conditions, Long took victory in the expert male category, finishing more than two minutes ahead of Plymouth Corinthian’s Alex Damson on the tricky course.
Fellow Plymouth Corinthian rider Stephen Hodge was first elite male.
Hooper was first elite female, finishing ahead of Helen Barron.
Oliver Murphy was first juvenile male, with Dartmoor’s Jack Cann second, while Meribel Hudson was first juvenile female.
Rosie Andrews was the runaway winner of the youth female category, with Pilgrims’ Jack Southcott first youth male, finishing ahead of Leo White and James Pearcy, who enjoyed a good battle.
Matthew Landsdown and Libby Harman won the sport categories in the senior race.
Dartmoor Velo’s Orla White and Freddie Day were first under-10s, while Max Standen and Pilgrim Flyers’ Molly Lane were under-12 winners and Jess Duffield and Dylan Webb were under-eight victors.
