Holland took victory in the multi-terrain race around Budshead Woods and finishing at Woodland Fort in 36 minutes and 40 seconds.
He was well in front of the rest of the field, with Storm Plymouth’s Daniel Westlake taking second in his club’s run in 39.43 minutes.
Third place went to Erme Valley Harriers’ Peter Allen in 39.53 minutes, with Sean McTaggart fourth in 40.40.
Second woman was Hayley Bennett in 46.40 minutes, with Sarah Markwick third in 49.21, Tamar Trotters’ Natalie Gunn fourth in 49.38 and Erme Valley’s Helen Chapell fifth in 50.43 minutes.
The race, which saw runners complete two laps of the multi-terrain course in wet weather, saw 133 finishes.
