GALLERY: Plymouth Argaum edge out Devonport Services to win the Plymouth Combination Sevens title

PLYMOUTH Argaum claimed victory in the annual Plymouth Combination Sevens Tournament that was held at Old Techs’ Weston Mill ground on Sunday.

Argaum edged out Devonport Services 14-12 in a tight final after both teams had topped their groups.

Argaum beat Marjons 52-5 and Plymouth Dolphins 24-12 on their way to the final, while Services triumphed 42-12 over the University of Plymouth and 52-0 over the Medics.

In the plate final, Plymouth Dolphins took victory by beating the University of Plymouth 19-14.

The Dolphins had beaten Marjons 10-0 in their group and the University of Plymouth had enjoyed a 55-0 victory over the Medics in their pool.
