The city ice-rink is closing its doors for the final time on December 31 leaving many people disappointed.
The ever-growing ice-hockey community are certainly gutted that the venue is shutting as they have had a number of successful 3v3 tournaments this year.
The final British Regional Ice-Inline Hockey Association (BRIHA) event saw six teams from Devon and Cornwall take part, despite the weather making travel difficult.
The other teams taking part were Plymouth Rock Stars, Kernow Wizards and Royal Navy Kings.
Plymouth Phoenix had both the most valuable player and best goal-tender in Arran Burkies and Ben Baker respectively.
The tournament dream team was Jon Underwood, Adrian Deutekom, Georgi Dimirtrov, Ben Rhodes, Benji Wilkins.
“It was nice to see so many teams and players representing the ice-hockey profile in Plymouth.”
The top 10 scorers in the tournament were: Vadims Mahnovs 8, Arran Burkies 7, Ben Rhodes 7, Tomas Kocis 5, Georgi Dimitrov 5, Dan Rickard 3, Adam Nance 3, Jon Underwood 3 , Stefan Woolley 3.
