Services had enjoyed the better of both league meetings last season but Oaks appeared keen to prove a point at Keyham.
Dani Krac proved Oaks’ key player after coming on as a replacement and scoring a hat-trick of tries and producing some strong runs.
Winger Zelah Morgan had put Oaks ahead midway through the first half before Krac and then powerful number eight Lisa Pringle added further tries before half-time.
Morgan added a second try for Oaks straight after half-time following some good play from a scrum.
Krac then score again on the left after some great play by the visitors. She then added a third nine minutes later when she showed her footballing skills to kick forward a couple of times and win the race to ground the ball.
The win has moved Oaks up to third in the table, with Services seventh.
In the higher division, Ivybridge suffered their first Championship South West defeat of the season with a 20-0 loss away at unbeaten Trojans. Ivybridge had won 95-15 against Supermarine in their previous game.
