Plymouth Diving enjoy stunning end to British Elite Junior Champs at Life Centre

PLYMOUTH Diving enjoyed a highly successful final day at the British Elite Junior Championships.

They claimed five individual medals, including three golds, and two more top five finishes at Plymouth’s Life Centre.

Victoria Vincent got them underway with a gold in the girls’ A one-metre final. She finished 10 points ahead of Bradford’s Holly Waxman.

Zachery Anderson then took the boys’ C three-metre title ahead of his team-mate Euan McCabe.

Anderson scored 350.55 points, with McCabe collecting 333.45 for silver.

Alfie Brown produced a stunning performance to win gold in the boys’ A platform by a massive 50 points. In the same event his team-mate Connor West finished fifth.

There was a bronze medal for Josh Freeman in the boys’ B platform, with his club colleague Alfie Westerman taking fourth.
