
The Wales international hammer thrower won his specialist event with a distance of 62.23m, but he also took victories in the shot putt, discus and javelin.
He threw a personal best of 53.59m in the discus, also claimed a new PB in the javelin with 42.63m and won the shot with a distance of 14.80m.
Nathan Brown, Victoria Weir, Hannah Blair and Tyler Johnson also claimed multiple wins.
Erme Valley’s Brown won the 400m and 800m events. He ran a new PB of 51.63 seconds to come first in the one lap race before clocking 2:04.60 in the two-lap event, with City of Plymouth’s Dean Smith winning the B 800m race in 2:07.52.
English Schools’ steeplechase champion Weir won the senior women’s 400m and 1,500m.
She clocked a PB of 61.39 seconds for the 400m and ran an easy 4:51.48 to comfortably win the 1,500m.
Her club team-mate Blair came first in the 800m and 3,000m with times of 2:22.95 and 10:40.95, respectively.
Plymouth’s Johnson showed his prowess in the sprints. He took victory in the senior men’s 100m in a season’s best time of 11.08 seconds and won the 200m in another season’s best of 22.21 seconds.
There was also a victory for Chloe Edwards in the senior women’s shot with a throw of 11.29m, while Liz Edwards claimed a PB of 32.20m to take second in the discus.
The combined team of City of Plymouth, Erme Valley Harriers and Tavistock finished second in the meet behind Ealing, Southall & Middlesex, which was their best result of the season.
