The Plymouth College student took bronze in the women’s 200m butterfly final in a time of 2:10.18.
Her Great Britain team-mate Emily Large claimed gold in 2:08.87, with Germany’s Julia Mrozinski second in 2:10.16.
Stephens’ medal follows on from club team-mate Kregor Zirk’s bronze in the 50m butterfly event on Wednesday night.
